Digital Signature (DSC)

A Digital Signature Certificate is a secure digital key that is issued by the certifying authorities for the purpose of validating and certifying the identity of the person holding this certificate. Digital Signatures make use of the public key encryptions to create the signatures.

A digital signature certificate (DSC) contains information about the user’s name, pin code, country, email address, date of issuance of certificate and name of the certifying authority.

From 1 January 2021 Government has abolished class I & Class II and only Class III is exist now.

Class III Signing individual Validity: 2 years Fee: 1200/- Scope: For Income Tax/MCA/TDS ect.

Class III signing and encryption non individual Validity: 2 years Fee: 5900/- Scope:  For E-tender process

Documents Required: Photo ,Copy of Pan ,Copy of Address proof such as Adhar/Passport/Driving License, Email, Mobile

Procedure:

  • Once we receive all documents mentioned above your application will be processed.
  • You will receive email from Pantasign which contains link for email and video verification.
  • Once this done then there will be OTP verification.
  • If email and OTP verification and Video verification completed successfully then your Digital Signature will be processed.
  • Once signature is ready then we will inform you also once delivered you will receive email for which you need to reply for confirmation.

Fees Refund Policy

This refund policy applies only for named fee based services viz:

  • Digital Signature sale
  • Income Tax Return filing services
  • Income tax allied services

As per policy entire fee has to be paid in advance while registering for ITR services.

It is assumed that all prerequisite documents, information, Reports, Challans are available with you & will be made available to DHANVRIDDHI or it’s agent / associates immediately after payment of fees.

Only In case of following circumstances DHANVRIDDHI Finvest Services will make refund of Fees received without interest.
  1. Income tax department has locked the PAN number & hence ITR cannot be filled.
  2. Name as per PAN card not matching with name in income tax website & hence online filing option is unavailable.
  3. Any technical / Legal/compliance issue where login to specific PAN number is unavailable.
Please be informed the situations where DHANVRIDDHI Finvest Services will not be liable to Refund any paid Fees.
  1. Where PAN holder fails to provide updated documents, Reports in prescribed format, in advance ie 15 Days before specific due date.
  2. Where PAN holder wish to file non correct information for saving personal TAX / interest.
  3. PAN holder voluntarily confirms his decision of not filing the return.
  4. If the ITR couldn’t be filled due to loss of connectivity / electricity / Income tax website downtime.
